Description

Bangkok Taxi-meter was created for people who travel around Bangkok by taxi and wish to check if the meter does not cheat you by running too fast or your driver is taking a detour.

This App works as a simulator. It will use the GPS of your phone to track your route and calculate the meter fare while you are driving the taxi.
Beware the price will be an approximation and can never be 100% accurate. This is mostly caused by poor GPS reception in urban areas. Please enable WiFi and mobile data to increase GPS accuracy.

The price calculation is based on the fares that were implemented in September 2019, but since not all meters will be recalibrated at once, the old fare will still be displayed. The fare will not include highway toll, or surcharge for radiotaxi and airport stand.

Note: This App will only work on devices with a GPS chipset. (iPhones and cellular iPads)
