This app is a companion to any of the four service industry database solutions offered by ICT Solutions and is designed to deliver essential customer information, work orders, equipment information and time keeping for field employees.
Specifically it provides:
Customer Contact Information includes name, address, phone numbers, email, primary contact, site specific information, equipment locations and specifications and directional mapping from the employee’s current location to their next destination.
Customer Management Information includes comprehensive customer call logs, viewing customer completed services, and in-depth customer leads.
Mobile Work Orders include customer specific work instructions, work completed on site, equipment location and specification, inventory usage, additional purchases and work order clocking. It also includes the ability to create work orders, assign them to employees, and push them out to the field.
Company Time Keeping: Permits an employee to clock-in and out of company time remotely.
