Heading out? Wordy is your ideal travel buddy! It doesn't need an internet connection. This app contains 1300 professionally translated phrases. It is possible to listen to the pronunciation of each phrase! The phrases have been specifically selected for tourism and for short - middle term stays. Wordy is also useful for language learning and improvement: you can save the phrases in a favorites section for easy access, and use them later to train yourself with the pronunciation.

Cool

Pretty good app. But I wish that they offered an option to change the speed, so that you can really hear the pronunciation of the words

Bothersome Full Page Ads Render this Free version Useless

I really like the fact that one can hear the phrases in normal time and slow time as it's a good way to learn and attempt to replicate the pronunciation. I would have personally preferred much less- o NO-reverb on the voice. The non-pro version which i downloaded to "sample" has a full page ad pop up after listening to a phrase only a few times. If one is intent on practicing and learning more than one phrase, this VERY bothersome, consistent publicity promotion, renders the free version of what is probably a great application useless, and a non-stop intrusion of any functional learning.

The advertisements allow us to keep the app free. It is impossible to offer good quality apps for free. We will improve the quality of the translations an speech with the next release.
