Royal Defense 9+

First off I had completely fishished the game before the update and was egarly awaiting the new content so I could continue to play, but when the update installed it completely erased everything and I had to start over.

Before the update the game was challenging, but it was possible to complete all the levels successfully, now the game is so difficult that it is no longer playable. I don't know if the developers have made it so difficult so that you purchase gems or what, but it's no longer even fun to play. Even on "Easy" mode it's not possible to complete levels that were playable before the update.

I really hope the developers are looking at these comments and fix the game, because it WAS a lot of fun. This game has gone from my favorite game, that I played everyday, to one that I've now uninstalled.

Before 5 Stars! Now? I've given it 2!

I noticed the update and though "hey maybe this will fix the bug that disabled all the tabs after completing the last level and making the game unplayable" and YES it did do that, but I have to completely start over.

The gem store seems silly to me, but should generate some revenue for the company. Gems are easy to get playing the game, if a level gets too hard just play the previous level(s) until you have increased your stats and made your character powerful enough to continue.

Update -

Well once getting to the Bones level - it becomes impossible to play with out 'buying' gems. So if you want to keep dumping money into this game to make it playable - shame on you and the developers. I am downgrading this to one star. The developers no longer have my thanks, this just blew it with me. Uninstall and will never play a game from this company again. As a software engineer I understand the need for revenue, but this is not how to do it.

This update is buggy also, after completing a level the scroll bar following the mouse when not clicked.

A custom cursor to stand out at larger resolutions and video quality for large screen needs to be added. Other than that it's not a bad little game and the price isn't too bad. The tech upgrades are fun.
