Used to love this app
Update: Thank you for bringing my choices back be separating the two versions!
What happened...I was really enjoying playing normal mode and now it puts me in a hard mode with 2 lives. The only way I nan get back to normal mode is to reboot. You took away my choices. The game used to be really fun and addicting when the choice of modes was mine. Please bring that choice back!
Good Game, Lousy Scoring
I was really looking forward to playing this game and for awhile it was entertaining. The words are extremely varied and if you have a decent vocabulary the first level can keep you on your toes. My issue is with scoring. I'm not interested in a running score, as it means nothing. And reducing the score on one missed letter is ridiculous. The challenge is in finding a word before you get hung not before you miss a letter. The scoring should be based on how quickly you complete a word so you can try to beat your own score as you play. The score should also be higher for longer or more difficult words. It keeps the game interesting. At this point I'm thinking of deleting the game altogether.
