Cant turn on subtitles
On my Apple TV when I play a video, if I press the up button so I can select the subtitle menu in order to pick subtitles, it doesn’t work. The cursor doesn’t work. Very annoying.
Dikkat edin! ScamAlert
The app is fine but their customer service is terrible. I canceled my subscription but they continue to charge different amounts for different things all over the place and my card keeps declining it. They say it’s Apple; Apple and Apple Card says it’s them. When I get charged twice a day for weeks before the subscription expires that was annoying but when they do it after the expiration, always trying to charge a different amount: it is a scam. Repeated attempts at customer service don’t stop them!

Ridiculous
I wouldn’t even rate a 1 star, but I have no choice. I set up the trial yesterday and even had a 26 cent test charge show up on my credit card. However, I have been unable to login to the account I created, getting an error that there is no account with the email I used. I am leery of setting up a second account as I don’t need to deal with having to cancel two accounts should the app developer start charging me for the first account once the trial period is over.
What makes it worse is that the support link in the app store simply takes me to the app website with no apparent way of asking questions or getting help. That is ridiculous as I can’t even try to resolve the issue ... except by leaving a comment here.
I will dispute any charges that show up on my credit card should they appear.
Very unhappy.
