I saw an article from Kindred Rehabilitation Hospital on Linkedin that talks about using technology to drive results. This article further explain about using a phone and apps that patients and health care provider can use to track their rehab goals. At a glance, i think this app might be beneficial for my rehab unit in a hospital where I am working now. My question is that is this app can be used outside of kindred rehab system? Thank you!!
Does Not Work and No Support
I have tried for the past 6 days to login and get the message that there is a “Networking Error, Couldn’t connect to server”. Called the support line on day 1 and there was a recorded message that they were aware and working on it. 6 days out and they still can’t resolve a connection issue? They worst part of this is I cannot track the progress of my Mom’s rehabilitation from out of state. When I call the Rehabilitation Center that gave me the information for this, they told me that everything should be on this app. When I tell them it doesn’t work, they give me the same number to call which I never get a response from basically passing the buck. Apparently the rehab centers that use this have no service level agreements so this company gets free money for doing nothing.
Very great full
The RehabTracker has been such a blessing to me and my family. I have been able to keep a check on my mothers progress from the therapist point of view. It gives me a since of peace to see how her journey is progressing. Thank you for the opportunity thru this app to do so.
