Could use a toggle for on/off
I found this to be useful for straightening and cropping Czur scans before saving as PDF. Only thing I would ask for is a hot key to hide/show the grid. I know you can vary the opacity, but a hide/show toggle would be useful as well.
Screen Grid Review
I find this to be an elegant minimalist design. You have to play around with it for a few minutes, to figure out how it works.
The only improvement I would ask for is the abiliity to thicker or heavier grid lines for certain values. For example it would be better if the user could select values such as "every 50" and get a heavier line for 50, 100, 150, 200, etc.

Again, definitely not useless.
Yes, there was a learning curve. However, now that I am familiar with all feature functionality, I use it in place of grids that come built into whatever platform I'm using (e.g. Word). Screen Grid is much more versitile and user friendly in most cases.
