MiniSquadron Special Edition Coming Soon

While we may not expect to see a MiniSquadron HD on the iPad anytime soon, it has been announced that a special edition of the original twin-stick dogfighter is in the works. This edition is set to feature eight new levels, 50 unlockable planes (even a helicopter), and heaps of new weapons, bonuses, and a unique line up of enemies including vampires, jellyfish and even hamsters. A new release scheme is planned for this special edition with the first two levels being released for free, and the additional six available through in-app purchasing either with 2 at a time for $0.99 or $2.99 for the full package.
