The best iPhone and iPad games for fans of Nextlix and Marvel's Iron Fist

By , on March 22, 2017

Iron Fist is Marvel's latest Netflix show, and it came out last week. It's all about a kick punching expert who comes back from a monastery in some other dimension to kick and punch people and also do business.

It's not as good as Daredevil, but it's alright, I guess. And if the fighting sequences in the show have got your blood all boiled up and your desire for violence is super high, well I might be able to help.

No, I'm not offering you out for a scrap, I'm presenting you with a list of some of the brawlers on the App Store that might scratch your Iron Fist itch in between episodes.

As per usual you can click on the emboldened name of the game to go and download it. And if you've got an Iron Fist-y fighting favourite, chuck it in the comments below.

A super smart touchscreen scrapper with a decent level of tactics and oodles of challenge. It's more realistic than, well, everything else on the list, and it's all the better for it.

The controls are great, the violence is slick, and there's a part of me that's pretty sure you're going to fall in love with this one.

This one sort of had to go on the list. I'm pretty sure Iron Fist is in it, even though it'll be the comic version, as opposed to the MCU version who's shouting and kicking through the Netflix show.

Pick some Marvel characters, then whomp your way through a whole series of fights. It's slick, it's fun, and it's probably one of the best midcore brawlers available on iPad and iPhone.

A brawler built with touchscreens in mind. You're sliding and tapping on the screen to defeat waves of goons. And it's an awful lot of fun.

You need to learn to counter, double swipe to unleash super moves, and keep one step ahead of the bad guys who are trying to pummel your face in.

This one's got fist in its name, so it was always going to make the list. You're a kung fu master stood in the middle of a crossroads, and you need to defeat naughty ninjas.

I'm pretty sure that's the plot of Iron Fist, to be honest. Swipe to attack, die, repeat. It's compulsive casual fun.
