It's Friday. We've made it. Well done everyone, you should all be very proud of what we've achieved in the last few days. You've earned the hangover you're probably going to have tomorrow. But make sure you're well rested, because we start the whole awful process again on Monday.

In the meantime though, if you're looking for some mobile entertainment for the weekend, we've rounded up the five best games that hit the App Store this week. Essentially we've made deciding much much easier for you.

Swing King and The Temple of Bling

A one-touch arcade adventure that sees you swinging around rocks and catapulting yourself towards coins and walls. It's super easy to play, and it gets the right kind of difficult at the right kind of speed.

A sad platform puzzler with a twisting world that's got a style and a feel all of its own. It looks amazing, it plays great, and there's a focus on working out what you're doing rather than just leaping from platform to platform.

A slashy swipey action game that's oozes cool from all of its pores. Beautiful pixel-art violence that's just the right mix of precise and frantic. Basically it makes you feel like an awesome samurai. What more do you want?\

All That Remains: Part 1

A gloomy point-and-click adventure that's all about solving puzzles and getting out of a bunker. It gets a lot of stuff right, and there's an interesting story bubbling along in the background too. Certainly sets things up well for the next part.
