Sweaty naked men, sort of... - AppSpy's Sunday Service

By , on April 26, 2015

My first attempt at an AppSpy Sunday Service went very wrong due to much vomiting (it was awful!). So here’s my attempt at another one. I hope you don’t mind if it’s too bad, I’m new to this after all.

The Big Stories

1. We love getting to play stuff early. Now you can too with Fantasy War Tactics.
2. We’re not sure how “soon” Forsaken World is coming to mobile, but we know it’s soon.
3. We got some hands on reviews from PG Connects Bangalore. This is A Thief’s Journey where the developer failed at his own game, lovely!
4. Harry was all for you playing Halo last weekend… he played it, he loved it.
5. One more for you? In that case, here’s another hands on from PG Connects Bangalore. This is Dead Among Us.

There’s quite a high chance of rain this week, so hide out indoors and take all the bad weather frustrations out on anyone and everyone in EA Sports UFC. It's free to play with in-app purchases, but it does look like you can get quite far to begin with without the need to buy anything. Just have some fun with it.

How we spent our weekend

Harry: I'm going to a birthday party and I might play some videogames I guess, but they're mainly for nerds.
Glen: Join the gym, get upset at my useless body, quit the gym, cuddle up with my Wii U instead.
Mark: Play Mario Kart vrooooom. (Apparently Mark is 4).
Peter: Conning an heiress out of her inheritance with Steve Martin
James: Being conned out of her inheritance by Peter and Steve Martin.
Anneka: Off to the new Ottolenghi restaurant in Spitalfields and to buy a mountain of tea from T2 and Twinings.

We Are Steel Media

Pocket Gamer Connects Bangalore took place last weekend, so Pocket Gamer is still full of cool content about that. Plus reviews of EA Sports UFC, Forgotten Memories, and Wrassling. I’m off to stuff my face with amazing food and drink all the tea!
