With powerups and enemies in your path, it looks to provide quite the enjoyable experience. Have a watch of some of the beta footage. The game will cost $2.99.…

Due to the success of Warhammer Quest, Games Workshop have sought out another studio (this time Herocraft) to create a game based on the popular 40k franchise. Continue the Cognition saga on August 15th

When the first episode of Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller released on iOS in March, we gave it a decent review, enjoying the dark tone of the story, and the interesting psychic angle. 99 Bricks: Wizard Academy collapsing into the App Store this October

On first glance, you might disregard a game like 99 Bricks: Wizard Academy. It's a mix of games like Topple and it uses the Tetris blocks we're all so familiar with. Give the trailer below a bit of time however, and the sheer ludicrous nature of the towers you are creating starts to amuse and endear you to the concept. Based on the popular flash game, 99 Bricks is making its way to the App Store in October. It will be free to play with in-app purchases. As you build larger and larger towers, you will gain new magic spells, unlock more stable foundations, and earn money to purchase new clothes and wands. There's also a feature to take pictures as your towers topple, to share…

Tetris Monsters?

You know, it's amazing that such a concept hasn't been tried out before. Puzzle Quest was a monumental success for combining the match-3 genre with RPG mechanics. It was probably only a matter of time before sometime thought to try it out with Tetris. Have a watch of the teaser trailer. At this point all we know is it's due out soon in Japan, with no statement from EA on a worldwide release thus far. Bizarre.…

Tengami delayed, but still coming out this year

The pop-up book adventure game Tengami looks phenomenal if the following trailer is anything to go by (and you'd hope it is). Once the transitions between pages show themselves along with the tabbed puzzles, you're hooked (as the art design and music is enough to entice as is). Have a look for yourself. It was slated to be released this summer, but the developer's blog has stated that there's a lot of work still to be done. Let's hope we don't have to wait too long, because this looks fascinating.…
