Well, the week is finally at an end. We had some laughs didn't we? We had some giggles? I'm pretty sure I saw some people other there engaged in just a little bit of banter. Basically what I''m trying to say is that we've had a jolly old time.

But that jolly old time isn't coming to an end just yet. We've got one last bit of content to throw in your face before old father time claims the week as his own. And since it's Friday, it's a round up of all the best games that came out on the App Store this week. I thought you'd be pleased.

Following the agreed format, you can click on the emboldened names of the games below to go and grab them from the App Store. Oh, and if you've played anything that we haven't included, feel free to stick it in the comments at the bottom of the article. Thanks.

Shadow Fight 3

Do you like beating the living snot out of bad guys? Do you like super slick fighting games that twinkle and fizz thanks to the latest technological advancements? Er, do you like shadows? If you answered yes to most of those then you're going to love Shadow Fight 3. It's a super polished brawler and a great way to show what your slick new hardware can do.

Beat Street

Almost the antithesis of Shadow Fight 3. While that's big and showy, this is small and simple. But even though you control it with one hand, and even though it's a cutesy free to play game, this one's actually brilliant. Fast and furious and surprisingly strategic, it's well worth checking out if you're a fan of the likes of Streets of Rage.

Tower Fortress

A new game from Nitrome? Well paint me purple and call me Betsy. It might not be quite as clever as some of the company's other output, but this is still a wonderfully taut, and super challenging roguelike that sees you leaping through a series of towers, blasting everything that moves.

RPGolf

It's not just a golf game, it's a golf game mixed with an RPG. I mean you could probably have worked that much out from the name of the game. So there are deadly boss fights, dungeons to explore, monsters to kill, and a lot of golfing to do as well. Sounds silly? Well that's because it is, but in all of the right ways.

Ocmo

This one's a platformer with a bit of a twist. Instead of leaping around, here you're sticking to surfaces and swinging through obstacles. It's got an interesting art style, and a lot of charm. Oh, and it's also pretty darn difficult. If you're looking for a challenge this week, then this is probably the game you should pick up.
