Firemint Honored with Four Pocket Gamer Awards

Australian Developers Firemint are celebrating further success after being honored with four awards from gaming web site Pocket Gamer during the Game Developers Conference which was held this week in San Francisco. Firemint received awards in four categories, including the coveted iPhone Game of the Year and Best iPhone Developer awards

These awards top off months of success for the developers who have sold millions of copies of their games, and had unprecedented acclaim from within the games industry.

Flight Control Review:

Flight Control is a combination of simple gameplay, and slowly raising difficulty. Each of the three airfields has a runway for a red plane, a yellow plane and one or more helicopters. A flight path has to be drawn for each of them so they safely land on the their runways. As the game continues, more aircraft appear on screen. If any two aircraft crash, it's game over. Real Racing is a fast paced and competitive track racing game for the iPhone that puts players behind the wheel of a cavalcade of impressive cars. You'll race around a number of different tracks in the hopes of earning the championship gold and securing a place in history.
