Hector: Fat Arse of the Law Coming to iPhone!

By Callum Webster, on May 17, 2010

Indie, an I mean Indie, developer Straandlooper Animation is set to release a new point and click adventure game (or should I say point and touch) to the iPhone and iPod Touch. Hector: Fat Arse of the Law - Badge of Carnage, due for release on June 2nd is set to send the genre back to its roots with an interactive mystery cleverly strung together with alcohol, cigarettes, and impeccable comedic timing.

Backstory: A hostage crisis is in full force in the centre of Clappers Wreake. Hector has a choice to make: carry out the terrorist's curiously altruistic demands, or watch as his fellow officers are picked off one by one. Hector's still on the fence.

Featuring great animated characters and backgrounds, this is surely to arise some nostalgia for the point and click gamer, as well as entice younger gamers who have not yet experienced the comedic adventures that the genre has to offer. But this isn't a mere port, or remake, but a fresh new adventure worthy of the time.

Features:

-  Explore the grimy corners of Clappers Wreake.
-  Boggle adversaries with your witty repartee
- Shake your head at the ludicrous puzzle logic
- 18 sordid locations
- 24 shady characters
- 394 interactive items
- 2421 lines of abusive dialogue
