Take Minecraft into the real world

By Harry Slater, on November 26, 2012

If you've ever slaved over an impressive creation in Minecraft, then you know how satisfying it is to stand back and marvel at your work. Well, imagine if everyone else in the world could do that as well.

Thanks to Minecraft Reality, that's now a very real possible. The iOS app lets you upload your creations to the real world, leaving them there for others to find using their iPhone or iPad cameras.

It's a clever application of AR technology, and as you can see in the video below, it lets you change the world in some pretty cool, innovative ways.

Minecraft Reality is available from the App Store right now for $1.99, and if you still need to be swayed, check out the video of the app in action.
