Modern Combat 4 announced at TGS

By , on September 24, 2012

A video has leaked online that shows off the first trailer for the inevitable fourth enty in Gameloft's soldiering FPS series, Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour. And it's fair to say that the prolific developer ise still finding inspiration from another series of games with a similar name.

While the trailer doesn't show much actual gameplay, it does reveal that the game is going to be released in the Autumn. So that's anytime from now until November really.

If the previous entires into the series are anything to go by, you can expect a single player campaign featuring lots of running and shooting, and a pretty solid multiplayer mode to boot.

We gave the last game in the series, Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation, a perfect score when it was released just under a year ago, so it's fair to say that Zero Hour has got quite a lot to live up to. We await its appearance on the App Store and the Google Play Store with baited breath.
