Apple Rumours Suggest App Store Redesign This Year
Almost 25 billion apps have been downloaded from the App Store since its July 2008 launch, and in all that time, it hasn't changed much.
It would seem that a major redesign could be in the works, though, if a report from 9to5Mac is to be believed.
Apparently, Apple is planning to overhaul both the iTunes Store and the App Store, making app discovery on iOS devices easier - good news for both users and developers.
File this one as a rumour for now, but if a redesign is in the works, it would make sense for Apple to launch it alongside a new iPhone model later in the year.

Hrm I can bet you it's going to be clunky and laggy for lower end iDevices. That's how it always is (for me anyway).
