If you like superheroes, building things, smashing things, and large winged rodents, then you're in for a treat today, because Lego Batman: DC Superheroes has made its way onto the App Store, bringing with it all of those things and more.

There are two control methods that let you throw Batman and company around the game, with a newly designed scheme for touch screen devices and the more traditional floating joystick both vying to be the one you poke the most.

With more than 80 characters to unlock, special abilities to master, and a huge story driven single player campaign to explore, there's enough content here to keep you playing for a good long while.

The game is available from the App Store right now, and you can pick it up for $5.49 by clicking right here.
