The iOS version of BioWare's seminal RPG Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is now compatible with iOS controllers, thanks to the game's latest update.

For anyone who had a tough time getting their fingers around the App Store port's touchscreen controls, this update might be just the incentive you need to pick up the beloved RPG classic again.

In addition to MFi support, the developer has also added cloud saves, allowing you to start swinging lightsabers on your iPad, and then carry on slaying Sith on your iPhone. The language support options have been bolstered, too, with subtitles now available in French, Italian, German, and Spanish.

What's more, if you've yet to pick up KOTOR, it's currently on sale for £2.99 / $4.99, a healthy reduction on it's usual £6.99 / $9.99 asking price. For that price, you'd have to be a bantha not to get involved.
