Developer removes lone in-app purchase from Lost Yeti
Usually when an update hits the App Store a company likes to talk about what it has added. Oddly, today Neutronized Games has been talking about what it has removed from it block-sliding puzzler Lost Yeti – namely, in-app purchases. It seems that the Italian developer's decision is based on fan feedback to the game's solitary IAP, which allowed players to skip difficult levels. After its sudden and meteoric rise to success, Flappy Bird has been pulled from the App Store by developer Dong Nguyen. Before fans panic, anyonewho already downloaded the game will still be able to play it. However, any newcomers to find out why Flappy Bird has been stuck at the top of the App Store charts for the past week will now be unable to grab the game for themselves.
