Enter the Clan Wars with Call of Duty: Ghosts companion app
Another day, another iOS companion app for a high profile console release. This time, it's Activision offering stat-tracking fans a free way to interact with the newly-released Call of Duty: Ghosts via their iPhone or iPad. Provided you're running iOS 6 or higher, the Call of Duty app lets you control multiplayer match settings like squad selection and weapon loadouts from your touchscreen device. If you're the territorial type, you can also set up your very own clan, and compete against rival groups to seize control of the Clan Wars map. When the guy who created Tetris releases a new game, we can't help but take notice. And when tetromino godfather Alexey Pajitnov releases his latest iOS effort Dwice later this week, you'll might want to take notice too. The latest installment in the Ratchet & Clank series Into the Nexus is set to launch on Playstation 3 this November 12th.
