Propaganda Lander isn't the only Lander style game available for the App Store, but almost none can claim as much charm and style as 'The Rickster' on his universal campaign of glory.

Propaganda Lander is a bold first title for developer SMASHWORKX on the iPhone with its mix of arcade-style Lander gameplay and amusing, tongue-in-cheek storyline. You'll follow the story of an alien that's mistreated at the hands of the ego-maniacal 'Rickster' and forced to suck up native inhabitants of each planet you visit to fleece them for all their cash.
Propaganda Lander's controls are smooth and easy to understand, but will take some adjustment to feel completely comfortable. Touching the screen fires your jets to assist in an easy landing or to fly back up to the mothership, while tilting the iPhone will steer you left and right. As you progress you'll quickly come up against plenty of obstacles, the worst of which will be maintaining your fuel levels to last long enough to meet your quota.
The artwork consists mainly of cute stenciled designs that are mashed with brief animations that will acquaint you with 'The Rickster' and his plan to persuade everyone in the universe to hand over their money willingly. The game's music is simple and can get repetitive after a while, so you'll be thankful for the background iTunes support.
Propaganda Lander is almost too short with only 20 levels that can easily be completed after only a few solid sessions. This is a shame only because the game is utterly addictive and oozes with style, making the lack of replay somewhat disappointing. Definitely a must try title once it hits a must try price.

Pilot the lander through alien landscapes to convert the natives to your cause. Of course, this will result in a resistance armed with homing missiles, mines, and giant boulders. No worries, you can do it! Although, the giant boss end battle is something to be concerned about.
