The dead have risen again and you're short of cash, so it's off to the graveyard to work the overnight shift and knock those skeletons back in to their restful slumber. Graveyard Shift by PunBros is a physics based puzzle title in the style of games like Tumbledrop and Saving Private Sheep, but in this game you'll need to figure out each level's Rube Goldberg-esque solutions to put the undead back where they belong.
In each level, various blocks are balanced in a precarious setup and can be eliminated with a tap to set the physics in motion. While some puzzles simply require you to get the blocks to tumble out of the way to let your skeleton fall in to his coffin, the others will require slightly more latteral thinking to make use of exploding, swinging and disappearing blocks to knock, drop or blow up your skeleton.
Graveyard Shift uses a creepy cartoonish style that looks fantastic, but more importantly the skeletons you get to fling around all have subtle expressions depending on how they've been knocked around, varying from completely knocked out to silently bemused. There are 72 levels in total to work your way through, but despite 'par' times and taps existing the game is simply content if you manage to complete the level, making progression quite fast.
This does reduce its replay value, especially when best times aren't available via a social network, but Graveyard Shift is still an amusing and clever physics based puzzler that fans of the genre will enjoy.

"You’ve seen plenty of tower destruction games on the App Store, but have you seen one with a crazy ragdoll skeleton doing the limbic funk? We’ve got our money on no. Graveyard Shift is an impressive game..."
"I had a ton of fun with Graveyard Shift. The moments of figuring out how a level should work and then executing, all while the skeleton ragdoll is flailing about the screen, brought a smile to my face every time."

What Graveyard Shift has that makes it far superior to Glass Tower 2, however, is character, a rich physics engine, and enough variation in its puzzles to make each level a unique experience.
