These 8 bone crunching Stair Dismount videos made me do a sick in my mouth

If you've decided to visit your pals at AppSpy today while enjoying a delicious meal, put the fork down for a moment, or scoff it down real quick. Because with these Stair Dismount videos - nicked off of that Everyplay - bones are crunched, limbs are twisted, and in one particularly nasty video a body is completely torn apart. It's kind of gross, and I'm not really sure AppSpy should be showing you this stuff but I'm going to do it anyway because I'm a rebel. I'll say this though: I made the mistake of gobbling down a banana while looking for these clips, and I'm not ashamed to admit that a little bit of it came back up in the process.
