One is practice with difficult tongue twisting phrases that act like exercise for speech, and two is biofeedback which lets the client hear exactly how they are doing in real time.

On each of the over 300 twisters, the app gives you a customizable time limit and records you saying the twister. Playback the recording for biofeedback on exactly how you are doing.
