Open the app every day to receive a new powerful positive affirmation. Visit previous affirmations by scrolling back.

Tips for using affirmations:

Make sure you have a special time and place for your affirmations. Make it part of your day and do this at least twice a day.

Read the affirmations with energy and conviction. Have faith in your affirmations and induce the feeling that they are true while reading. If the affirmation feels like a lie, then change the image in your mind and put it to how you want it looks into the future and read the affirmation again. Without strong confidence in your affirmations, they have little chance of success.


How to use the app?

Swipe left or up to go to the next positive affirmation. Swipe right or down to go to the previous positive affirmation. Tap the screen to toggle the manual screen.
