TIMER AND COUNTER FOR YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPY:
Keeps time, counts reps and sets, and allows you to focus on something else while doing your exercise.

YOU ENTER YOUR OWN EXERCISES:
Enter instructions and photos, or a weblink, and setup your entire workout, exactly as prescribed by your therapist. Fine-tune cues and timer settings to fit your own pace perfectly.

ENJOY THESE BENEFITS:
*** Some of these features are available only during the free trial or with a paid subscription as described below.

• Schedule your exercises and receive reminders.
• Take notes with questions or concerns when you complete an exercise, then email the report to your physical therapist.
• Export your workouts to PDF, including instructions, photos, and schedule.
