If you want to get in shape - count calories! Our app will help you with this. It will calculate your basic and active metabolism and gives the number of calories your body spends per day. If you want to lose weight, you need to eat less than this number (but not less 3/4 of calories per day, consult a physician before starting), and the opposite if you want to gain. With our app it is easy to control the received calories and track calories burned during workouts.

If you feel unwell, immediately stop the diet.

Merry Christmas! Big update:

- A new page showing the dynamics of your weight.
- Timer displaying the last meal, for adherents of autophagy.

Please do not forget, in the last update a strip of the daily norm of water for your weight was added, you can add water intake on the same page as a meal or workout.
