This app contains tools for developing a Stoic Mind.

Visualising

Visualising situations before they happen helps separate the event from your reaction to the event. This app triggers a notification every morning describing a situation. If you spend time considering how you would react, you can ensure your reaction to the real event – if and when it happens – will be controlled and measured. There is also a daily quote from a Stoic philosopher.

Mindfulness

Link the app to your Apple Health profile and record mindfulness minutes for the time you spend visualising situations or considering the daily quote.

This app does not read anything from your Apple Health profile, only write.

A visualisation of the time passed in the current day to remind you to use every moment you have.
