Description

This app is a tool to help laser and intense pulsed light users carry out a Fitzpatrick Skin Typing consultation with their clients.

After entering the client's ID the user can quickly select the client's characteristics using the various "pickers" and "sliders" presented on a series of screens. 

A confirmatory signature is captured by the client using their finger on the final entry screen prior to the creation of the report.

The on-screen report not only shows the client's deduced Fitzpatrick Skin Type, it also displays warnings and comments related to the use of a laser or IPL on the client's skin type. 

The digital report includes all the client declarations including their signature. This report can be stored to create an electronic client record system.
