All In-App purchases available on MetaSniffer are listed in the App Store and you can see them (along their prices) prior to your purchase or even download of the app.
Maybe you were asked to buy a different feature you haven't yet purchased? However, if you bought an In-App Purchase and the app hasn't updated its content, you can always tap on the Restore Purchases button and update your status of purchase.
