Recently purchase a Della dehumidifier which can be controlled through the app. The app is fairly easy to use and controls all the functions on the dehumidifier. It also seems it can connect to other Della products which is convenient.
Randomly Becomes Uninstalled
I have a Della Air Conditioner that due to me having a disability I’m only able to operate with my phone. The issue I’m having is that for an unknown reason, my device will become disconnected from the app.
This is extremely frustrating as I require an additional person each time to re-install it back onto the app. Additionally, whatever setting the air conditioner was last on, it will continue to operate at as I am no longer have any control. So, if the air conditioner is running, I’m unable to turn it off until I have another person come.
App updated, pretty interface but it’s worse
The new update that came in today changed the interface of the Della A/C mini split I have. The old one was glitchy but it was still FUCTIONAL, it had all the setting you find on the remote. The new update looks pretty, but it’s pointless if I have to grab the remote of the unit to control the high/medium/low speed. Not only that but I can no longer control the swing mechanism of the mini split to point up or down, this app is no longer functional and is basically useless
