An enhanced edition of Bioware's Neverwinter Nights has rocked up on the App Store today. It's considered something of a classic RPG, and it's set in the world of Dungeons & Dragons.

The port has been handled by developer Beamdog, who also helped to resurrect the likes of Baldur's Gate and Planescape: Torment. For $9.99, you're getting a seemingly mobile-friendly (or more likely tablet-friendly) port, full online multiplayer co-op with cross-platform support for PC and consoles, and a host of DLC expansions.

There is, however, some extra paid DLC up for purchase. This includes six premium modules such as Tyrants of the Moonsea, Darkness over Daggerford, Infinite Dungeons, Pirates of the Sword Coast, Wyvern Crown of Cormyr, and the Heroes of Neverwinter portrait pack.

The game makes use of a virtual joystick for movement, and you can expect some visual enhancements to go with the gameplay tweaks. For example, automatic UI scaling and pixel shaders update the visual presentation. And, naturally, you can adjust the game's vibrancy, depth of field, UI, and visual contrast to your preference.

If you're in need of a gargantuan RPG, you'll find Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition up for download now over on the App Store.
