CSR Racing 2 is getting a bumper load of new cars added for its latest event, along with a very exciting collaboration. Developer Zynga Inc is tasking its subsidiary, NaturalMotion, with hosting the American Road Trip 2, a special event that will see players joining a coast-to-coast U.S tour.

Zynga Inc is raising a glass and toasting the American car culture and spirit of racing with its coast-to-coast event, taking place from late June through to October 2022. To celebrate, they are gifting all players a free RAM 1500 TRX truck for their collections, and then setting them off across the country from the West Coast of California all the way through to New York, with more cars being unlocked through the cities.

This new instalment adds close to a dozen new cars to collect and race, including the Ford Mustang Mach E-1400, the 2022 Hennessey Venom F5 and the NASCAR Next Gen Ford Mustang. More excitingly, however, is the inclusion of the Chevrolet ‘Sick Seconds 1.0’ Camaro SS, created by Tom Bailey. Bailey has won the GOT ROD Drag Week four times, with his Camaro being dubbed the Fastest Street Car in America where it ran a 6-second quarter-mile five consecutive times.

When discussing his collaboration, Tom Bailey said “It’s great that mobile gamers can now harness the raw power of my ‘Sick Seconds 1.0’ Camaro SS for the first time in CSR2. I’m looking forward to seeing players blow by other competitors in the SS, taking advantage of its ability to push over 3,000 HP to its rear wheels. Never settle for second place!”

Julian Widdows, Senior Vice President of Racing with NaturalMotion, said “American Road Trip 2 will bring our players a thrilling summer racing road trip across the country with exciting new vehicles to drive – all without leaving home. The new series will showcase the fastest street car in America, Tom Bailey’s ‘69 Camaro SS, and we can’t wait to bring this new adventure to mobile racing fans.”

CSR2 is available to download for free on the App Store and Google Play.
