Strongarm takes place in a high tech future, where the Overlord oversees all, and underground revolutionaries plot to take back their freedom. While Nick leads the revolution, his brother Rob works as a delivery boy, but a delivery gone wrong results in a terrible new future for the previously unambitious Rob.
