Description

Develop healthy daily/weekly habits that matter to you with the help of this app.

Here are some examples of what you can track:
- You go out for lunch too much and want to start eating healthier so you want to bring a lunch to work. You can track that you want to bring a lunch to work Monday to Friday.
- You have been skipping your workouts and want to start going to the gym regularly. You can track which days of the week you want to workout.
- You want to quit smoking. You can setup a habit to not have a cigarette every day or on specific days.

Once you have your habits setup the app will automatically generate a list of habits each day. Once you complete the habit you select it and it is marked as complete. You can also review the results from previous days.

Reporting is also available so you can see how you are progressing in completing your habits. You will easily see which habits you are struggling with so you can work on them.

This app is categorized as an iPad app in the iTunes Store. This categorization is an error made by the developer. This is an iPhone/iPod app that will run on the iPad in compatibility mode. I am working with Apple to get this resolved.
