Finally TuTu Train Lite has been ported to iPhone/iPod touch. If you like the Lite version please check out the Full version of TuTu Train - Kids. The difference between the Lite and Full version is that the Lite version of the game contains 2 simple levels (Full version contains 9 levels). The levels are categorized by difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard), however the Lite version does not contain any hard levels.

The game itself is a simple 2D racing game featuring old school music and graphics (commodore 64 style).

The TuTu Train is a young and eager to learn locomotive with two wagons fully loaded with coal. It is your task to help TuTu get past all the tracks available in the game. The game contains nine tracks that are categorized into three difficulty levels (easy, medium, and hard). The tracks/levels feature normal straigths, slippery iceworlds and different kinds of moving grounds and other obstacles to overcome. The idea of the game is to drive through each level as fast as possible and the faster time the better. There is also a high score list where one can see how fast one has driven each level.

The TuTu train itself is almost indestructible. The weakest part of the locomotive are the joints connecting the wheels to the chassis and the joints connecting each wagon and the locomotive. These joints may be bent, however one may still try to steer the TuTu train if possible.

TuTu train feateures two UI control modes. One mode that contains visible buttons as they have proven to be better for young kids playing. The other mode, which is intended for older people playing the game, hides the control buttons and allows steering of the train by touching the right or left part of the screen. The second mode allows more of the game to be displayed as no buttons are taking any space in the screen.

NOTE:
*****
No Internet connection is needed to play the game.
