fCal allows you to be always up to date about your Facebook friends’ birthdays!
You can login in Facebook and see the next birthdays.

If you like you can export the data in ics format and send them to your e-mail box. You can import these files from your pc with OS X Mail or with Outlook 2007.
Once you’ll have synchronized your data, your iPhone calendar will remember you about your friends’ birthdays a few days before, without any push notify.

Warning: fCal needs an Internet connection to connect to Facebook.
