able2play was the idea of Andrew Bell from Dalkeith Physiotherapy, in collaboration with Matt Styles, a professional saxophonist and senior lecturer at WAAPA. The inspiration was the management of a specific sax playing issue that Matt was experiencing while performing.

The exercises shown on the app have been successful in helping a number of musicians improve their performance while preventing injury. By downloading version one of able2play you will get access to these same introductory standing and sitting exercises that helped Matt regain his ability 2 play and rehearse with confidence and proficiency. Good luck and enjoy!

able2play was created by Greta Bell with support from Simon Edis of Ezone.
