Are you from a country that doesn’t use the Roman alphabet?
Are you looking for an app for pre-readers or students unfamiliar with the Roman alphabet?

This set of flashcards was drawn for language learners of all ages and nationalities. Whether you are a beginner or someone who needs to refresh the basics, these pictures will help to lock in vocabulary by building stronger associations.

There are 115 vocabulary words including animals, opposites, seasons, vegetables, school supplies and more.

Each picture is accompanied by a voice in English, so be sure that the settings on your iPad are switched to the correct mode. Earphones help you enjoy the sound feature at the highest quality.

You may choose a category from the main menu, or select “Play All” to view the slideshow.

To hear the word again, touch the picture or the word in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

These flashcards will give you a head start with your basic vocabulary and ease you into the learning process.

In the Opposites category, ten of the adjectives are accompanied by a noun with the same picture, and a sentence with both the noun and the adjective. This helps with sentence building skills.

The voice on this app speaks American English.
