Eat one day (1), fast one day (0), in 2 days (in2) = 10in2®
This means a rhythm of 12 hours eating and 36 hours fasting


The official 10in2 App supports you perfectly:

1.) HOME shows you if today is a Eating- or a No-Eating-Day and you can schedule a Joker-Day (but only if really necessary ;-))

2.) CALENDAR offers you to easily schedule appointments in the future without having to laboriously count whether a 0s or 1er - because eating and non-eating days are clearly marked.

3.) DIARY: Create as many diaries as you want to track your success the next 30 days. At the beginning and at the end we ask for your weight and body measurements - so you can measure at a glance and also share your success with your friends on Facebook!
