• The barcode scanning feature requires iPhone 4+ or iPod Touch 5G+, if you have an older device you must manually type the barcode.
• Laser scanners cannot read Passbook barcodes (2D barcodes), make sure your business uses an optical scanner that can read 2D barcodes including PDF417, Aztec, or QR.
