From a quick bite to eat from our 2 course lunch menu to a slap up meal for the most special occasion Maggies kitchen will satisfy your needs. Our menus feature only the best in local produce and are made using only the freshest & finest ingredients.

Our restaurant is open from 11am daily all the way through to 10pm. Our market menu is available from 5pm nightly and features the best the markets have to offer. Priced at £11.95 for two courses and £14.95 for three you will be hard pushed to find better value anywhere else.

Our now famous 2 course lunch has been wowing the regulars for over two years now and like our market menu is regularly changed to feature the best in local ingredients.

Live music is at the heart of Maggie May’s ethos: so fundamental is our commitment to up and coming local bands, that it drives our entire business strategy. We believe that live music is the best soundtrack to any evening, whether it be relaxing drinks in Maggie’s bar on a Saturday evening listening to the rockabilly sounds of resident band The Meatmen or an indie fest in Maggie’s venue room, where superior acoustics showcase local talent at its very best.

No music bar would be complete without offering an extensive catalogue of rock and indie classics, and at Maggie May this includes acoustic versions of popular songs and little known album tracks. One comment made time and time again by Maggie’s customers is that they hear music which they have “never heard in a bar before”, discovering a new release or rediscovering that classic track.
