This is the iPhone/iPad version of the prayer cards that supplement the book Mystically Wired by Ken Wilson. In addition to the exercises outlined in the prayer cards, the second tab contains links to The Divine Hours website--both the mobile-friendly page (set to EST) and the regular page that lets the user select a timezone.
