Are you interested in developing your yoga practice? Challenge yourself to complete yoga poses/asanas which are organized by type. Your on screen virtual teacher shows you how to do each posture. You can take photos of yourself if you like and share them with the community. Submitting photos is completely optional, you can use the virtual teacher either way. As your friends connect, they can share accomplishments with you and you can offer each other feedback.
