D2GO2 Task Manager helps to keep track of what you need to do for yourself, your project team, or your family … from anywhere, anytime, and on any device.
You can use the web-based D2GO2 App for managing Tasks at home… and then take your Tasks on the road with D2GO2 Task Manager on your mobile device.
There are many different ways you can use D2GO2 Task Manager…
Manage Your Personal Tasks:
D2GO2 Task Manager is a full function task management system with reminders and alerts; and is integrated with D2GO2 App for enhanced functionality. You can add, delete, update, and schedule your own list of Things To Do… and set calendar and clock based alerts for yourself on your mobile device.
Create Your Team [or Family] Member Profile:
First, create Family [or Team] member information on your Profile page. Grant members limited access, by entering their e-mail address and assigning a unique Password. Then add tasks, set due dates and time, add detailed notes, make task assignments or check- off as you’re done with a task. Your tasks list stays up to date no matter how you access it… from laptop or your mobile device.
Manage Your Project Tasks:
As project manager; you can add, delete, update, and schedule tasks on your project’s Things To Do list and also assign tasks to other team members. The assigned tasks are pushed to inform and alert the project members by e-mail and on their mobile device. You can also broadcast a message to all team members.
Manage Your Family’s Things To Do:
As head of household; you can add, delete, update, and schedule tasks on your family’s Things To Do list and also assign tasks to other family members. The assigned tasks are pushed to inform and alert the family members by e-mail and on their mobile device.
Manage Tasks Assigned to You:
Project team members can access assigned tasks and other member contact information on their mobile device. They can view and update on assigned tasks, schedule tasks, and set calendar based alerts.
As member of the family; you can access your family’s Things to Do List, Shopping List, and family member contact information on your mobile device. You can add, update, and schedule Tasks on the family’s list… and set calendar based alerts for yourself.
