Inspired by Outliers, by Malcolm Gladwell, fighting your way to 10,000 hours of practice earns you the right to be called a master. Hard work is the name of the game as you put in hours to earn new ranks and new levels of mastery.

Leveling up Skills isn't the only way to play. Break bad habits and start new, good ones with Dailies. Dailies provide positive reinforcement through Coins, Achievements, and Streaks; simply for living healthy every day.
