This app is provided by Dr. Pat Kelly and Fort Street Dentistry. It is for patients to use to easily contact the office, request an appointment, or request emergency treatment (and include a photo of the problem area if appropriate). It has info about the dentist, a picture gallery, and other important info about the dental office. You can even refer your friends!
